I've had many people tell me they'd love to tone and strengthen up their legs. Here's a quick but powerful 25 minute sequence to work the legs, hips, and glutes. Just like with my recent Arm Strengthening sequence, you can do this with without any equipment, or you could add some light handheld free weights to these movements. You can even use a couple of soup cans to add a little extra strengthening if you don't have weights. Jump into something comfortable and give this one a try!
