    Discover tools to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and build resilience.  Beginning with 4 weeks focusing entirely on yoga breathing to begin a foundation of balance.  The next 4 weeks add slow mindful yoga practices that target areas that hold stress and tension.   Learn accessible tools for better self awareness to reduce pain and tap into your body's wisdom for improved sense of wellbeing.
